The USPTO is hosting a public forum on Friday, March 15th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM EST. The forum aims to share information about the final rules and guidance for the first-inventor-to-file, micro entity and patent fee provisions of the AIA. The forum will be held in the Madison Auditorium on the USPTO’s Alexandria, VA campus. The forum will also be webcast on the AIA micro-site.
